About the cost

Determined by the content of the project and the estimated appraised value.


*As a general rule, appraisal costs are adjusted based on the Corporate Goods Price Index from time to time based on the ``Yo-Tairen Standards''.
*In principle, payment is made in exchange for the delivery of the appraisal, but if payment is made by bank transfer, payment is due within two weeks after delivery of the appraisal.
*Real estate appraisal is not a contract but a paid commission contract (see business guidelines below), and we do not accept competitive estimates.

【Opinion statement】
Although it varies slightly depending on the content of the case, the average price is around 150,000 yen (excluding tax)


*If an appraisal is performed on the same property after giving a property price opinion, the difference will be paid.
